The scene
The Blue Blob wanders into an office beneath a large banner that reads TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE.
The room looks tidy at first glance but on second look:
- two process lanes marked OLD and NEW are still running side by side;
- someone is carrying figures from one screen to another;
- a large Excel file is open on a finance monitor;
- a small queue has formed beside a person’s desk;
- framed training certificates cover one wall;
- an empty desk reads Transformation Champion;
- a long approval line ends at a stamping desk;
- a sign near support says HYPERCARE ENDS FRIDAY.
